The above sciences encompass Herbal Medicine, Vitamin & Mineral Therapies, Iridology & Naturopathic Philosophies and Practices that ‘Food is Medicine’, The Healing Power of Nature and The Curative Power of the  Vital Force.

Maria is an accredited member of the (ATMS) Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

After graduation Maria set up a clinic in Melbourne, with special interests in Women’s Health, Stress Management, Anxiety & Depression.  Successfully achieving in these areas, Maria embarked upon a year’s sabbatical, travelling overseas for personal growth and development.

During this time Maria studied with a Reiki Master from the UK Reiki Federation and completed Reiki 1 & 2 in the ‘Usui Shiki Ryoho’ Practice, and now is a qualified Reiki Practitioner.

Prior to Naturopathy, Maria emigrated from the UK with a career background in Recruitment, diversifying she embarked upon a career in the corporate world in Australia, specialising in Sales, Marketing & Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Fifteen (15) years later, Maria reached a turning point when her own ill health made her question her career, lifestyle and future wellbeing.  After much soul searching and research Maria became aware it was up to her to take control, and find a way to achieve a more balanced and ‘Healthful’ Life.

In doing so returned to a specialist area of Recruitment & Career Management whilst studying at the ACNM – for qualifications in Naturopathy. To realise her dreams of working in the health and wellbeing industry.

Maria is now practising in Brisbane utilising her knowledge and life experiences helping people achieve their personal goals of ‘Optimal Health.’ Motivating and encouraging patients & clients to have fulfilling and rewarding lives.
